Bill joined as CEO in May 2024 following 19 years in senior roles with the Rabobank Group in Australia and the US. He grew up on a grain and livestock farm in Southern Australia, where he developed his lifelong passion for farming and agribusiness in the fields of his family’s property. Most recently, Bill was the Global Head of Grains and Oilseeds and Sugar in the Corporate Finance group, responsible for leading strategic dialogue and M&A origination with the bank’s global sector clients. Prior to this, he was the Head of the Corporate Office in Chicago, Global Head of Animal Protein (Corporate Finance) and Head of Food & Agribusiness Research for both Australia and, later, the Americas region, where he transferred in 2009. Bill is passionate about building great teams who solve problems for clients in the global
food system. He’s a strategic thinker, communicator, and trusted partner to his clients, excited to be taking a new venture in his career as CEO of Biolevel, helping the company emerge as a global market leader in biologicals and fulfill our mission to help agriculture become more profitable and sustainable for farmers, consumers and the planet
