Lutz leads the company’s global regulatory and product registration work, and is active in the development of new innovations and products. He co-founded Biolevel to bring forth regenerative agriculture solutions that are a win to growers, consumers and the environment. Prior to Biolevel, Lutz worked in renewable energy, leading the concept development and successful permitting of a large capex renewable energy facility in California, and started a biofuel trading company that shipped up to 400 containers per month to European customers. Prior to this, Lutz worked as a Senior Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company specializing in Risk Management, Compliance and Regulation.
Lutz graduated with a business degree from Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt in Germany. He lives with his wife and two children in New York, where he‘s an active volunteer in his community.
